Voters elect Board of Education members to serve four-year terms. The duties of the Board include adopting the annual budget, approving all expenditures, establishing district policy, authorizing employment of personnel, approving textbooks and courses of study, and approving new and innovative academic initiatives.
Regular meetings of the Board are generally held on the first and third Mondays of each month at West Aurora High School, 1201 West New York Street, Aurora, Illinois, 60506. Location varies, check calendar for update information. |
