Prisco Family Talks Shop with Culinary Arts Students
The Prisco family recently visited West High Culinary Arts students under the direction of Marjorie Armstrong and Pam Rutigliano for advise on how to increase sales at Prisco's Next Door, a coffee shop near their food store on Prairie Street in Aurora.
Students studied the store and its operation and then presented several ideas on how increase business.
