BUCK A BOOK A HIT AT HILL
Hill Elementary Students Leah Spears and Emmalea Stirn purchase books
for $1 from their teacher Sarah Burgess on Thursday, Feb. 16.
Buck-A-Book is funded by a grant from the Foundation for West Aurora
Schools. “Students who read more at home are better, more proficient
readers and have higher math scores,” says Burgess.
