West Aurora High School is showing the movie “The Dark Knight” at dusk (approximately 7 p.m.), Sept. 22, in the outdoor courtyard on the south side of the school, 1201 W. New York St., Aurora.
A Homecoming family event, the “Car-less Drive-In” is open to the public with a $5-per-person admission. The ticket price includes a hot dog and beverage. Moviegoers should bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. If it rains, the movie will be shown inside.
Prior to the start of the movie,students and staff will host a car show in the south parking lot. Car show visitors will have an opportunity to purchase Oberweis ice cream sundaes for $2.50.
