West Aurora High School football fans can watch a live video webcast of the Homecoming football game against Wheaton North at 7:10 p.m., Friday, Sept. 25.
The game will be shown on the school district Web site, www.sd129.org.
West High Broadcast Club students, supervised by teacher Steve Williams, will produce the webcast. They will be joined by Neal Ormond, the voice of the Blackhawks, who will call the game, along with Rick Albright, a West High graduate and long-time teacher and coach.
To watch the webcast on a computer, one must have:
* An active connection to the Internet. For best performance, the connection speed should be 56bps minimum; DSL or higher is recommended for best performance, particularly for video;
*A Flash or Windows Media Player; and
*A functioning sound card and speakers.
