The Fearn Elementary School PTA is hosting a "Reading Minute Millionaires" Fun Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the school, 1600 Hawksley Lane, North Aurora.
There will be games, a silent auction, raffle baskets, food, a book sale, a photo booth, balloons and food.
Silent auction prizes include an iPad2, a 2012 American Girl Doll, autographed photos of Chicago Blackhawk Duncan Keith and Chicago Bear Brian Urlacher, a Fairview Dental exam with x-rays and a Phillips Sonicare Professional Toothbrush, a Cake from The Cakery and an Excel Gymnastics birthday party package.
Raffle baskets include:
· BOY OH BOY - $25 Gift Card to Fox Valley Park District, Backpack, Luigi's Laser Tag & Pizza,
Sports Watch, Legos, Star Wars Book, Puzzle Book, Reading Light and iPod Docking Station;
· CHICAGO SPORTS FAN - Sox Tickets, White Sox Hat and an autographed Michael Jordan Book; and
· YOU GO GIRL - $10 Build a Bear Certificate, Charms & Chains Jewelry Maker, High School
Musical Stationary Set, Shrink a Doodle, Kelly Clarkson CD, Butterflies sticky Mosaic, Digital MP3 Player, Soccer Jewelry kit and nine pairs of earrings.
The PTA offers special thanks to Fearn teachers and staff who have volunteered their time, community volunteers and donors, and to the North Aurora Fire Department, North Aurora Police Department, MC Sports, Heat Volleyball and Pet Supplies Plus for donating their time and resources.
