Welcome to the Hospitality Management Academy!  Culinary Arts 2 and 3 are upper level cooking classes that will help prepare students for a career in the Culinary Arts field.  ProStart is an endorsed curriculum through the Illinois Restaurant Association which gives students practical culinary principles, work skills, and a basic understanding of restaurant management ideas.
