• Welcome to West Aurora School District 129!

    Parents/Guardians of students new to District 129 must complete an online enrollment application. During the application process, Parents/Guardians will be required to complete registration information and verification for each student they are enrolling in a District 129 school.
          1.  Online Enrollment Application

              Complete the online application.  http://aurenrollment.spihost.com

          2.  Document Uploads

    Be prepared to submit the following documents by uploading them to the application. Questions regarding document uploads should be directed to the Central Registration Office at 630-301-5050. Applications will not be accepted until all necessary documents have been provided.

    • Student’s original birth certificate (uploaded copy)
    • Parent’s/Guardian’s valid drivers license/state identification card
    • Proof of Residency (two of the following):
      • A recent utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, cable/Internet)
      • Home sale/closing documents
      • Current property tax statement
      • Home insurance statement
      • Home mortgage statement
          3.Other required documents        
    • Illinois State Transfer Form (if transferring from another Illinois public school)
    • Unofficial transcript (high school only)
    • Immunization records (kindergarten-mandatory before first day of school)
    • Current I.E.P. or Section 504 Plan
    Once the online application and document uploads are received by the district, you will be contacted by phone or email regarding the completion of the registration process.
