New Student Registration

Welcome to District 129! 

The steps below will get you started on the registration process. Be prepared to submit the following documents by uploading them to the application. Applications will not be accepted until all necessary documents have been provided. Once the online application and document uploads are received by the district, you will be contacted by phone or email regarding the completion of the registration process. Questions regarding document uploads should be directed to the Admissions Office

Once the online application and document uploads are submitted, please contact the Admissions Department to schedule an appointment to finish the registration process.   

 

A. Complete the registration form.

B. Attach all required documents.

C. Agree and Submit your completed registration form.

D. Contact the Admissions Department at 630.301.5050 to schedule an appointment to complete the registration process.
