If you wish to have your child NOT participate in the 5Essential Survey, please read this letter and sign the bottom and have your child turn it into their teacher.

Be sure to send your child to school with proper outerwear.  Students will go out for recess unless the temperature drops below 15 degrees.  (We use the weather app Wunderground to monitor the temperatures.)
